About Me

I have degrees in both Business Management and Marketing and Retail Management from Lexington Community College, as well as a degree in Organizational Management from Midway College.

Mandy's Take On Cake is a hobby I have enjoyed doing for the last several years. My baking began as a lot of trial-and-error until I finally came up with the recipes I felt were the most delicious.
